Our Monoi de Tahiti Soap Bar is a very pretty floral soap, which has a gloriously heady, intense, sensual and intoxicating aroma. A beautiful combination of two exquisite flowers, Frangipani and Jasmine Absolutes, that are often used in top class perfumery and both have antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties making them perfect for skincare products. These floral oils also improve skin tone; therefore this soap is especially suitable for mature, dry skin types. The soap is further enhanced with the addition of Monoi de Tahiti which is a traditional raw material made by soaking the Tiare flowers in rich purified coconut oil. Laboratory tests in recent years have confirmed the long-standing traditional claims and uses for Monoi. Its skin hydrating properties are shown to be superior to those of other natural vegetal oils helping to rehydrate the layers of the epidermis and to protect the skin against external damage. Genuine Monoi de Tahiti is protected worldwide by an “Appellation d’Origine” which you should always look for. It is non-comedogenic (will not clog the pores), has fantastic moisturising properties and is reparative and soothing for damaged skin.
