LAVENDER SOAP

In this incredibly gentle soap we use English lavender well known for its therapeutic properties, which are a valuable tonic for all skin types. This extraordinary essential oil has so many therapeutic qualities it would be impossible to list them all here. The aroma of this versatile essential oil is famous for its ability to lower anxiety, calm and lessen stress. For the skin it is valuable for its healing properties and ability to promote the growth of new skin cells. It has a balancing effect on sebum (the oily secretion of the sebaceous gland that moisturises and protects) therefore making it suitable for all skin types, even the most fragile, sensitive and delicate. It also has a healing effect on minor burns, boils, acne, eczema, psoriasis and fungal growths and can assist with poor hair growth. Ho Wood is reported to have anti-depressant, anti-microbial, anti-septic, aphrodisiac, and bactericidal properties. There are also claims that it can play a role as a cellular stimulant and tissue regenerator. An extra mild healing bar for all skin types that are both sensitive and problematic.
